Warranty (Dreamtime Line)
All playset products manufactured in the Swing Time Line by Swing Time Outdoors carry a limited lifetime warranty on parts and a 1 year warranty on labor. This warranty covers playgrounds located within 75 miles of our main office at 10787 Hwy 92, woodstock, GA 30188. If at any time during the life of the product there is a defect due to faulty materials or workmanship, Swing Time Outdoors will replace or repair at their discretion the defective board, piece, or part. This warranty will include but is not limited to boards or pieces that have warped out of place within the first year, a board that has come loose from its fixture, and any boards that have broken. Swing Time Outdoors will not be held liable for any defect that is due to blatant abuse, misuse, or neglect of the product. Seasonal cracks or checks are natural characteristics of wood and will not be covered under this warranty. Swing Time Outdoors will not cover any defect on a product that has been structurally altered in any way by anyone other than Swing Time Outdoors. Swing Time Outdoors will also not cover any playset moved by anyone other than one of Swing Time Outdoors approved installers. This warranty covers only the parts manufactured by Swing Time Outdoors. All other parts will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, which in most cases is a 1-year warranty.
Warranty (Anchor Line)
All products manufactured in the Anchor Line by Swing Time Outdoors carry a limited 10-year warranty on parts and a one year warranty on labor. This warranty covers playgrounds located within 75 miles of our main office at 10787 Hwy 92, woodstock, GA 30188. If at any time during the first ten years of the life of the product there is a defect due to faulty materials or workmanship, Swing Time Outdoors will replace or repair at their discretion the defective board, piece or part. This warranty will include but is not limited to boards or pieces that have warped out of place within the first year, a board that has come loose from its fixture, and any boards that have broken.
